The Flsun S1 3D printer is designed to print ultra-high speed at a speed of up to 1200 mm/s. The acceleration of 40000 mm/s² and the maximum flow rate of 110 mm³/s help this printer to achieve this speed. To ensure stable, fast printing, the frame is made entirely of metal. High quality prints
The printer has a closed-loop motor, with which unparalleled precision can be achieved. To achieve even tighter layer lines, the Flsun S1 is equipped with vibration compensation. The filament dryer box keeps your filament dry, while at the same time monitoring the humidity and quality of the filament. This keeps the filament in optimal condition for high-quality prints.
AI
The Flsun S1 is supported by AI to achieve even better results. The Lidar detection system ensures accurate calibration and precise auto-bed leveling. This way you are always assured of the perfect first layer. The filament detection accurately monitors the status of the filament to prevent blockages. The camera also uses AI to detect in time when something is wrong, making problems such as filament spaghetti a thing of the past. In addition, the camera ensures that you can monitor the print in real time and that timelapses can be made.
Useful functions
The screen automatically goes into sleep mode when it has not been used for a while and the printer automatically turns off when it has not detected any activity for a long time. The air filter ensures that no harmful substances enter the air. The printer uses the trusted Flsun operating system and has a status indicator light, with which the status of the print can be monitored.
Other functionalities
The construction volume is 320 x 430 mm and smart zone heating has been used, so that the entire print bed is not heated immediately. The inner ring has a diameter of 220 mm, the outer ring has a diameter of 220 – 320 mm. The maximum temperature of the print bed is 120 ℃. The dual gear direct drive extruder is ultra lightweight with an 80W ceramic heat element and has a high flow hot end design. The CPAP turbofan has an rpm of 40,000, making the minimum cooldown for one layer just one second.
